Not many ways to get fit or keep the weight off have the breadth of martial arts. You get a full workout with every training session, but you’re also exercising your mind. You’re always learning and perfecting new skills while building self-confidence.
Martial arts classes are an experience that brings people together. You might come for the fitness, but you’ll stay for the community.
We teach BJJ and kickboxing. Many of our members choose to do both because they complement each other.
There is parking in the streets adjacent to and behind the gym, but unfortunately the carpark of the building we’re in doesn’t belong to us so it’s not possible for you to park there.
